There won't be a new Incredible Woman for a few days. I'm still trying to coordinate with this week's feature woman, so I hope you'll be patient with me and come back and visit later.
When things settle down a bit for her, I think you should consider Barb in American Samoa for an incredible woman week. She is there while her husband is assigned there for work and she has organized sewing groups for many of the locals....taught many how to sew....and has provided materials and the use of her home and machine for many of them. She and her husband are now involved with helping with cleanups for many who have lost their homes and loved ones due to the earthquake and tsunami that hit their area last week. She is having intermittent email problems right now, so it may be hard to contact her for a bit. Here is her blog: http://bejeweledquilts.blogspot.com/
Women of Godcan never be like women of the world. The world has enough women who are tough; we need women who aretender. There are enough women who are coarse; we need women who arekind. There are enough women who are rude; we need women who arerefined. We have enough women of fame and fortune; we need more women offaith. We have enough greed; we need moregoodness. We have enough vanity; we need morevirtue. We have enough popularity; we need morepurity.” -Margaret Nadauld
